業務用機器の試運転作業ってどんな感じ⁈

コインランドリー機器の搬入設置が終わり、設備工事として動力電源の供給ガス設備接続給水、給湯、排水設備の接続工事ダクト接続を設備工事屋さんに行なっていただきます。

その後機器に自動的に洗剤、柔軟剤が投入されるように弊社の方で接続工事を行います。

設備工事が終わり機器の試運転作業を行いますが

①大型機器は輸送時に輸送金具というもがついていますが確実に取り外します。

②ドラム回転時にバランスが悪くなり運転を止めるセンサーがありますがセンサーの稼働範囲位置が正常な位置にあるがどうかの確認を行います。

③自動で投入されるようにセットした洗剤、柔軟剤の配管内のエア抜き作業、各機器のコース別の投入量設定を行います。

④洗濯乾燥機とパソコンを接続し各コース毎に水量、洗い方、洗浄回数、回転方向(右→左)なのか、一方行なのか、ポーズ時間の設定、助剤の投入量、タイミング、乾燥時間、ドアロックの有無など細かな設定がパソコンにて設定を入れていきます。機器には時間が設定されていますのでハッピアワー設定も可能で深夜時間帯は通常より安くご利用できるようにするということも可能です。

① Large equipment comes with transport brackets, but be sure to remove them when transporting them.

② There is a sensor that stops the drum when it becomes unbalanced when it rotates, but we will check to see if the sensor’s operating range is in the normal position.

③ Bleed air from the pipes of detergent and fabric softener that have been set to be dispensed automatically, and set the amount to be dispensed for each course of each device.

④Connect the washer/dryer to the computer.For each course, the amount of water, washing method, number of washings, rotation direction (right→left) or one-way rotation, pause time setting, amount of auxiliary agent added, timing, drying time, presence or absence of door lock, etc.Detailed settings will be entered on the computer.
